Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 7 Days to 48 Hours Notice: Team: Cancellations or major scheduling shifts made within this window will be billed at 50% of the scheduled block rate. Alternatively, this fee can be waived if the session is successfully rescheduled for a date within the same calendar month.
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: Private & Team: Cancellations made inside this window will be billed at the full 100% rate of the scheduled block.
- Exceptions: Fees are waived entirely for sudden arena facility closures, severe weather travel bans, or official league game rescheduling.
